The duplex at Zetter Suite Arte Mont Kiara was spacious and filled with natural light, making my stay enjoyable. I particularly loved having access to Netflix, a washer-dryer, and a fridge. Additionally, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Adawiyah and Albert. They welcomed us with enthusiasm and provided great customer service, ensuring that our stay was well taken care of. I had a positive experience at Zetter Suite Arte Mont Kiara.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The lack of proper cutlery and plates made it difficult to fully enjoy meals, as they were made of plastic and felt cheap.

The modern and vibrant decor of the room was absolutely stunning and provided us with a calming atmosphere. The availability of cooking cutlery, microwave and other facilities in our room made our stay even more comfortable. the staff was amazing and always ready to help us with everything we needed, whether it was about the area or the hotel services. The location was also great with easy access to key attractions and shopping areas.

We had small children, so we needed to cook and eat inside the room, but we did not have any cleaning materials to clean the space ourselves, which made us quite uncomfortable. the absence of essential items such as mugs and a broom for self-cleaning was not a plus.

Additionally, the facilities of the hotel were exceptional, especially the well-functioning lifts, beautiful surroundings, and complete amenities. The bathroom had great water pressure, making showering a relaxing experience. The service was efficient with a smooth check-in and deposit return process. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to prepare simple meals. The swimming pool and garden were refreshing, and the nearby shopping mall was an added bonus.
